Cesare Tiengo received Medical degree cum laude on 1997 in Padova. From January 1997 to December 2002 he was in the Specialization School in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, University of Padova (Italy). From October 1999 to February 2000 he was a visiting physician at the Institute of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the New York University (USA). In December 2002 he received the Specialisation in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In December 2004 he received the Master (II level) in Hand Surgery, University of Verona (Italy). He works in the research field of Plastic Surgeon, Clinic of Plastic Surgery at the University of Padova and he is Aggregate Professor of Anatomy at the University of Padova. Author of 50 scientific publications and 102 Abstracts on Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Clinical Anatomy applied to Plastic Surgery. Speaker in 19 International and National Scientific Meetings.

Radiological Technicians Graduate course, University of Padova From 2005 teaching of Master (II level) of Aesthetic Surgery, University of Padova and teaching in the Specialization School in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, University of Padova (Italy). Member of SICPRE (Italian Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery), SICM (Italian Society of Hand Surgery) and EACA (European Society of Clinical Anatomy).
